Exactly speaking, UTF8, SJIS, JIS, EUC, ..., all these are, to say,
encoding, maybe. They are not a character set maybe. That's why you
will need exact encoding conversion(mapping), I guess. We don't have
SJIS character set. BTW what is your problem ? How do you access it ?
