	Your post, and also Peter Gordon's, both sound *very* helpful -- 
much thanks! But I'm afraid you're also both slightly over my head : I 
don't follow quite what exactly it is that I'm to tell yum to install -- 
what is the command? Certainly not just "yum install japanese"??

	(I do use pirut, gladly; if this is too dumb, I can try its 
search function. But it's always more convenient to use yum when I can do 
it.)
