I can and I will, if I have to; but I hoped there was a way to give
permission to evo without pulling the keyrings security.  I have other
peoples gpg on the ring.  Hat it in F7 and never had a problem before.

Craig, you caught me cheating.  I have tried it as 'root' and got the
same message.  I just ran it as 'user' when I posted to get a quick copy
of the error message.
