I don't know how to do that, but I found some info on the web about
how to utterly disable the PC speaker:

Stick this line in /etc/modprobe.conf:

install pcspkr :

Basically that tells linux that anyone who wants to load the pcspkr
module should instead do nothing at all. That keeps it from being
loaded in the future. Once you add the line you can "rmmod pcspkr"
and it will be gone in the current session as well.
