Hello,
I use fedora 8. Just to play I changed my screen resolution from
1280x1024 to 1280x800. I logged out, logged in again (now with
resolution 1280x800) and then I wanted to change again to 1280x1024 but
I saw that this was impossible. I only get 1280x800 as highest possible
choice. How can I restore my screen resolution to 1280x1024.
Any help very appreciated.
Jan
You might need to run 'system-config-display --reconfig' from a root
terminal. It should allow you to start fresh without holding onto older
settings.
