On that section it is all > .exe files. A BIOS manual? Never seen one from a motherboard maker. What you might find are BIOS updates and patches. What you *probably* have is a .exe to change your BIOS. *Could* be a bad thing. Who made the BIOS and what version/release is it? Does this help?
