That's half my point:  It's dopey to write public documentation in a
manner that only makes sense to a select few.  But, in that case, it was
written in a very childish manner.  Imagine the Fedora website
re-written in a kindergarten manner, with dumbed down and inappropriate
analogies instead of directly saying what it says, and you might get my
drift.

Writing an announcement is about writing something that's clearly, and
correctly understood, without having to make guesses.  It's not a case
of throwing a collection of keywords together, and hoping that the
readers will be able to figure out the context.  If a few of us took
that original posting and reworded it to say what we thought it meant,
we'd come up with wildly differing variations.
