This weekend, my laptop died (won't even boot to bios). Because of this, I am in the market for a new one. I was thinking about getting a new mac book pro, but I need to be able to boot Linux (preferably Fedora, more preferably Fedora 8). Does anyone have any experience dual booting the new Macbook Pro's with Fedora/Other Linux? I have been using ThinkPads and Red Hat/Fedora for quite a while, but thought this might be a good opportunity to give the Macbook a try. Would I be better off just getting another Thinkpad and saving myself the effort/time/money? -- Doug Registered Linux User #285548 (http://counter.li.org) ---------------------------------------- Never trust a computer you can't throw out a window. -- Steve Wozniak -- fedora-list mailing list fedora-list@xxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe: https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-list
