Just a hal warning about NetworkManager but NetworkManager continues after that and detects the devices. It even gets the wireless IP address from dhcp. So I reinstaled the machine yesterday and the same problem come up. So I disabled NetworkManager and enabled network and everything was fine. Detected eth0, wired when connected to the ethernet at work and eth1, wireless when at home. Anyway I took the chance and installed F8 on my Dell Latitude D810 and NetworkManager works fine. The only difference is the network adapter ipw2100 in the D600 and ipw2200 in the D810. So I'm happy.
