While I did not have this problem in F7, in F8 NM cannot find my static IP address and finds one by DHCP which is 169.254.59.61.
I am running F8 on a Dell laptop and I can connect on both a wifi network or a cable network.
On F7 , when I unplugged the cable, the laptop was connecting to the wifi network and when I plugged the cable, it was connecting to the wired network.
On F8, as soon as i run NM, it is looking for another IP address by dhcp.
I have to turn off NM at boot time so eth0 get the right IP.
Anyone has an idea on how to get things right? Or is it a bug of NM?
