Well, maybe, but this is BackupPC installed from the Fedora repositories via yum. So if it's not pilot error on my part, then even if I learn how to write the local policy to allow it, everyone else who installs BackupPC is likely to have this problem. I've filed a bug on it, following the message from Jonathan Underwood: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=390881 I filed it as a bug in BackupPC since I didn't know whether changes belonged there or in the selinux policy.
