Having the same problem on the today's updates.
I'm seeing it on i386 system installed as FC8rc3 and upgraded till today. Also saw it when "yum upgraded" F7 to F8 on x86_64. Somehow I ended with 32/64 bit Firefox, with 32 running as default (Flash works with it) and non-working Epiphany (epiphany: error while loading shared libraries: libmozjs.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory). There is no epiphany.i386 as far as I see, so be careful.
