Go to the freshrpms home page and look for the
"The easiest way to install freshrpms.net packages is to click here"

link. Click where it says to "click here" and install the rpm to add
freshrpms to your list of repos. The current DKMS enabled nvidia driver
from frshrpms is nvidia-x11-drv, version 100.14.23-1.

Just get the bash file from the Nvidia web page and you will not need another RPM for Nvidia.
