They all appear to be using /etc/hosts.

e.g. I can browse home.isbd.net from this machine (which is
home.isbd.net) and I can ssh to home.isbd.net as well.  The only thing
it would appear that I can't do is send mail to home.isbd.net from
inside home.isbd.net.
