If SELinux is enabled, this may solve your problem (as root) chcon -t textrel_shlib_t /opt/openoffice.org2.3/program/libvclplug_gen680li.so.1.1 Mind the line wrapping, you'll want to put that all on one line. If you are not sure if you have SELinux enabled, please do not run this command.
