How about, if you really feel the need, Clamav.  It's in the
repository.  There are also commercial options, like McAfee,
Comodo, Panda, F-Prot, Kaspersky, Sophos, Vexira.

Some are even free: e.g. <http://www.freebyte.com/antivirus/>
McAfee once offered a free cmdline scanner which could be
used w/ a mail server or to scan a filesystem, but I think
that's no longer for free.
