Hi

I would like to have a fedora mailing list only for a server
installation type of issues. I went through the mailing list of fedora
and I don't see something close to that.

many of us would call that the CentOS list ;-)

Is it possible to propose the creation of one? Is there another place
where I should ask that?

I think you just proposed it. Rahul will see it. I doubt it will get
traction but my opinion doesn't count.

Everybody's opinion counts. I don't personally see a need for such a list.
