In particular, if I go to web page http://www.grid-support.ac.uk/content/view/81/195/ and click on 'install' button (which should launch java web start) or go to http://www.grid-support.ac.uk/content/view/259/195/ it says i need to install a JRE Indeed FF 'about:plugins' seems to have no mention of Java anywhere...
