Both, mostly.  The very newest iPod's (touch, classic, and fat nanos)
aren't supported in either FC6 or F7.  F7 will hopefully be getting an
update to gtkpod-0.99.10 soon, while FC6 will probably stay at 0.99.8.
(F8test3 already has the latest released gtkpod (0.99.10) -- which
doesn't work with the newest iPod's.)

In addition to gtkpod, you can use amarok, rhythmbox, banshee, and a
few other programs to manage an iPod.
