"Included" in the sense of compiling that code into your own, or simply
having their library file added in with your collection of files?
The interesting case is where source is distributed that, when compiled
links to both GPL'd and non-GPL'd libraries. The FSF would like us to
believe that such source cannot legally be distributed unless there is
an equivalent non-GPL'd library that could be used as a substitute for
the GPL'd one. Or the equivalent case where binaries are distributed
that do the same run time linking with shared libraries.
