What version - 4 or 5? With 4 you can get the 'server' CD, which
can instal minimal server . For CentOS 5, I think there's no
server CD, but you can try with CD 1 and 2, or just 1. At install
deselect everything you can and this should give you minimal
install (cross fingers and pray there are no base packages on
the CDs you don't have). 5 has live CD too, but AFAIK they are
still trying to duplicate FC6/7's technology and make it
installable... so it's not still...
