It seems it corresponds to a WONTFIX bug upstream in wine starting at 0.9.44. See:

Supposed ubuntu-compiz upstream bug instead is https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/compiz/+bug/139733
any hope in beryl for fc7 eventually?
