I think the rescue cd is at releases/7/Fedora/$arch/iso/ on the
mirrors.  It's not in the DVD iso that I have handy.

AIUI, the difference between boot.iso and F-7-i386-rescuecd.iso is
that the rescue CD already has the ~90MB stage2.img included, which
needs to be downloaded to start the installer in most (all?) cases
anyway.
