Well, updatedb updates mlocate's database. I researched a little (Yelp->Help->Contents) and discovered that Yelp uses scrollkeeper. I only had to type scroll<tab><tab> and I found these functions: scrollkeeper-rebuilddb scrollkeeper-update I used the second and got a ton of new docs in Yelp!
