There is no installonlyn plugin in yum-3.2.2, and grepping for
installonlyn in the installed yum  doesn't return any results (other
than the ChangeLog).  So I don't think there's much chance that having
an installonlyn.conf file will be effective.  If you want, you could
test it with only the old installonlyn.conf and see if it works.  I'd
be curious to know the result.
