They're both in the bind-utils package.  You can actually do
something like:

    # yum install /usr/bin/dig

Though that requires you to know or guess where the binary is located.

Doing "yum search dig" proves to be quite useless, as it matches far
too much.  I don't know if there's a way to make yum search use word
boundaries on the search terms to make them more useful.  If not, it
should (perhaps by default).
