As someone has suggested, your keyboard is probably not working because you haven't enabled 'legacy USB support' in your BIOS - find that setting and see if that helps. We have some machines around here where even that doesn't help, and I have to use a PS2 keyboard for certain operations particularly in BIOS, or early bootup sequences. Almost certainly, this has nothing to do with Linux --- but, note, I said 'almost' -- Claude Jones Brunswick, MD, USA -- fedora-list mailing list fedora-list@xxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe: https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-list I don't think that that is the case because the keyboard that I am currently using is not a usb keyboard. I use a ps/2 keyboard so I don't think that that is the problem. As for the top posting issue thank you for bringing it to my attention. The email program I currently use automatically formats replies above, however I have now remedied the problem. -Jerome -- fedora-list mailing list fedora-list@xxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe: https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-list
