At some point when I'm bored and have nothing to do, I was going to work with
Adept and add support for rpm/yum to it. I can't say much about rpm/apt,
because I'm not really familiar with how apt works.
There is already apt-rpm, which allows you to install, remove, and
upgrade rpm packages using apt-get. That's why I don't think it should
be That Hard TM to get Adept to do the same.
