Hi, The fundamental problem when I put the DVD in is that none of these programs work . They basically say won't work. I can't figure out what the message says, but I think there is no substantive message beyond error, so there is some problem. Hence I wonder what the problem is. In the old days before Fedora dumped the reliable mount on /etc/fstab, I did not have a problem. Btw, I am trying all this on Dell Latitude C850. In particular, this is what I get when i use xcdroast and press the button. Please insert a blank CD-R in the drive. And nothing happens after that. Any suggestions?
