Probably, but you can't depend on search results being the same. :-)
Google's algorithms are now using things like your location and past
search history and current news to give the "best" results. A very
interesting article on Google's search algorithm was published last
month in the New York Times

and it's definitely worth reading even if you've been keeping an eye on
search technologies.
