Probably, but you can't depend on search results being the same. :-)

Google's algorithms are now using things like your location and past search history and current news to give the "best" results. A very interesting article on Google's search algorithm was published last month in the New York Times (http://www.nytimes.com/2007/06/03/business/yourmoney/03google.html?pagewanted=1&ei=5124&en=f003faaf084c0a72&ex=1338523200), and it's definitely worth reading even if you've been keeping an eye on search technologies.
