I have several FC boxes with 128MB RAM.  However given the current market
price for second hand boxes with more its probably irrelevant (at least
for the USA/Western Europe) that it runs in 128MB nowdays.

A server setup with no fancy desktop apps is happy in 128MB, a desktop
can eat a lot more once you turn all the user friendly fancy stuff on,
although a desktop built on XFce/Claws is usable in 128MB
