I tried the command with > /dev/null and without. The behavior was the same. Sets /dev/null as the standard input of the program. So, if it tries to read from stantard input, it gets EOF. Otherwise, it would block in /dev/console and could confuse any other program reading from the active terminal. -- lfr 0/0
