I add "/sbin/ethtool -s [interface] wol g" to rc.local.

Thanks.  I tried just running this command as root before shutting
down and it seemed to do the trick.  Well, at least it seemed to.  The
first time I tried it, I didn't shut down properly (different issue)
and it did not work.  After running it and shutting down properly, it
did work.
