If you can install it via yum then it hasn't been removed. It is just that
it wasn't initially installed. What is the big deal?
Because if you are upgrading it without an active network, it may effect
the installer from completing successfully. If you are installing fresh,
mc is one of your primary tols for setting up your files initially or
dealing with files in general.
nano has a problem for me with wrapping text on long line entries,
mcedit on the other hand is not prone to the nano flaw.
No big deal, it just lacks rationality.
