Rahul, *you* have the dir correct, but man yum claims that the dir
is /etc/yum/repos.d as it's mentioned, and Karl is stating that it isn't
there and wants to know where it is.  You read what he wrote wrong (or
now I am haha).

Karl, /etc/yum.repos.d/ is the dir that you need to go to see
other .repo files.  The FILES section from the man page is wrong and
needs updating.
