With your system, you're probably better off using something else to
collect in the mail and spam-assess it, having Evolution just show you
what it's collected and sorted, already.

There's quite a few that advocate not using spamassassin from within
Evolution.  Me, I don't use it, at all.  My spam's vastly outnumbered by
ham, and it's a pig of a CPU load to assess everything.  I just hit
delete, there's some personal satisfaction in doing that.
