The "no packages ..." message generally means what it says.  That
nothing is available as an update for what you already have installed.
This might be because you've very recently grabbed everything, or that
the mirror is out of sync, and doesn't have the latest updates ready,
yet.

That's the sort of thing you see when you ask it to install something
that's already installed.  Have you checked to see if it is?

Using FC 4, 5, 6 & 7, plus CentOS 5.  Today, it's FC7.
