Mine just works. I had to tweak the kernel when I first got it, but now
plain Fedora is okay. When I plug it in I get log lines

usb 1-1: new full speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 2
usb 1-1: configuration #1 chosen from 1 choice
dvb-usb: found a 'WideView WT-220U PenType Receiver (based on ZL353)' in cold state, will try to load a firmware
dvb-usb: downloading firmware from file 'dvb-usb-wt220u-zl0353-01.fw'

Note mine requires different firmware, I think it depends how recent the
stick is.
