Not to my knowledge. You'll find a lot of what would have been
people.redhat.com material has moved to infradead.org or linux.org.uk as
well for various Red Hat internal reasons.

So the ftp://people.redhat.com site is off for internal reasons and the other information may be available at the sites that you listed?

I briefly looked on the sites that you listed but did not find any content yet. Thanks for the information. I will look on these sites a little more in depth for content.
