I am sorry that I missed the start of this thread, but assuming that the
'10' to which is referred above is a operating system priority, to speed
up the program execution remember that "higher" means smaller numbers.
19 is the lowest priority and -19 is the highest.  (Another hangover
from UNIX history.)
