Hi,
I have a FC6 installation with a ATI 9800 PRO video card. Xorg is using
the open source Radeon driver.
I did a vanilla install, and the Desktop Effects worked ok.
I have since updated my installation with all FC6 updates. Now the
Desktop Effects fail.
Running desktop-effects from a terminal yields the following output:
gtk-window-decorator: Could not acquire decoration manager selection on
screen 0 display "localhost:11.0"
compiz: No GLXFBConfig for default depth, this isn't going to work.
compiz: Failed to manage screen: 0
compiz: No manageable screens found on display localhost:11.0
What does all the mean and how do I fix it?
