MythTV broke because cs53l32a module is missing from kernel-2.6.19-1.2288.fc5

I use MythTV on Fedora Core 5 on i686. (Thanks to Axel for supplying
pre-built rpms.).

When I upgraded from
    kernel-2.6.18-1.2257.fc5
to kernel-2.6.19-1.2288.fc5
MythTV started acting up.

Symptom: Myth TV could not capture sound from my Adaptec AVC-2410 tuner card.
This was caused by IVTV not being able to load the cs53l32a tuner
module. dmesg showed:
ivtv2: Failed to load module cs53l32a

This was caused by the fact that the cs53l32a kernel module was no
longer included in the kernel RPM.

kernel-2.6.18-1.2257.fc5 included
  /lib/modules/2.6.18-1.2257.fc5/kernel/drivers/media/video/cs53l32a.ko

There is no such module in kernel-2.6.19-1.2288.fc5

What happened? Can we get this module back? Is another module a
reasonable substitute?
