64-bit kernel-2.6.19-* -bug?

There are two identical Dell PowerEdge 2900 -servers. One is running
with 32-bit kernel and the other with 64-bit kernel. There are no
problems booting the servers with kernel-2.6.18-* and no
booting-problems with the 32-bit kernel-2.6.19-* but the 64-bit
kernel-2.6.19-* (NOT ONE OF THEM) does not boot. Here is the output
