I use pine with working 'reply-to'.  Here's what my .pinerc looks like:

# Add these customized headers (and possible default values) when composing
customized-hdrs=Reply-To: some.name@xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Thanks :)  This is what I can up with if anyone else has had this same problem.

Edit your feature-list and add this to it: allow-changing-from

Then add this to your customized-hdrs:
From: AnyPersonalName <AnyUserID@AnyDomain>,
Repy-To: AnyPersonName <AnyUserID@Anydomain>

Works great!
