It isn't hard to stack raid devices with mdadm, but I don't think Fedora
will create them during installs. So you would have to set them up before
doing the install.

Also, it is normally better to mirror first and then lay down stripes over
the mirrors. That allows you to survive more 2 drive failures than if
you mirror stripes.
