I think you need to have gnome-libs installed on your machine

There, the current version available is 0.9.2.  It is still pretty old
(2004).

You may have better luck with gnome-schedule which is included in
Fedora Extras.  You can install it via:

    yum install gnome-schedule

Excellent! I might be trying both (if the look or usage of GTS is too dated).
