You haven't told us a lot here, but most likely one of the OS's thinks your
hardware clock is local time and the other thinks it is UTC. UTC, is the better
way to go in the vast majority of the cases and you should probably make
sure both OS's think the hardware clock is using UTC and that the clock is
set apprpiately.
