I'm not sure what you mean. I don't think that livna has clamav, and if
it should have, then I don't know what differences exist to compare. The
packages in the URL above work more or less out of the box. If you use
sendmail/milter you need to uncomment CLAMAV_MILTER in
/etc/sysconfig/clamav.
