All of us see this when we create a new .wine directory. No idea why,
but it has been like this for many versions, and seemingly is harmless.

If you _really_ want IE, have a look at ies4linux
Seems to be normal. What are you actually trying to do? I was
attempting to get a specific application working under wine yesterday
and ended up chasing down this same message.
