You don't.

To get something compiled using gmcs/mcs (any mono application), it's
normally invoked via a wrapper script or directly using mono foo.exe
where foo.exe is the program.

Sorry, would you to tell me in more details ?
Due to I haven't installed any mono application by hand ( manual )...
And I installed the FC6 System by text mode and custom ( enable all packages ) !

PS : What mono foo.exe ? How to disable / uninstall ?
